This Return & Refund Policy has been crafted to ensure transparency, while safeguarding both our customers and our commitment to authenticity and safety.
1. General Policy Overview
Due to the personal, hygienic, and natural nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, tampered with, or used. This is essential to protect the integrity and safety of our products and customers.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Conditions
We strictly do not allow returns or exchanges in the following scenarios:
- – Product has been opened or unsealed
- – Packaging is tampered or compromised
- – Product has been partially or fully used
- – Product was purchased during a sale or promotional offer (unless damaged)
- – Customer changes their mind or dislikes texture/fragrance after usage
- – Product is received in good condition but later claimed as faulty without proof
Please understand that skincare products, especially natural formulations, can vary slightly in color, fragrance, and consistency from batch to batch. These are not grounds for return or refund.
3. Eligible Scenarios for Refund, Replacement or Exchange
We may consider a refund, exchange, or replacement only under the following circumstances:
- – Product received is physically damaged or broken in transit
- – Product received is different from what was ordered
- – Product is missing from your shipment (with unboxing video or proof)
- – Product is proven to be defective (with adequate photographic/video evidence)
All such concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package. Claims made beyond this period will not be considered.
4. Documentation Required for Approval
To initiate a valid return or refund request, please provide the following:
- – Order number and customer name
- – Clear photographs of the outer package, product label, and damage
- – Unboxing video (mandatory for missing item claims)
- – Contact details for communication
We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the required conditions or lack sufficient evidence.
5. Refund Timelines
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. We are not liable for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or third-party payment gateway.
6. Replacement & Exchange Timelines
Approved replacements or exchanges will be dispatched within 2–3 working days from approval. Delivery is expected within 7–8 working days. In rare cases (such as remote pin codes, weather delays, or stock unavailability), this timeline may vary slightly.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Beyond this, cancellations are not permitted as we begin processing immediately to ensure quick dispatch.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, wrong, or defective product). If a replacement is approved, we bear the shipping cost of sending the new item.
9. Responsibility of the Customer
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
